WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION / RETURNS

Unless otherwise specified, all of our parts come with a full 1 Year Warranty.  Our warranty covers us sending a replacement part and getting the defective or damaged part back.   The warranty does not cover anything else.  In most cases we do offer advance warranty replacement parts, which is something that sets us apart from our competitors.  We charge a deposit to ensure we get our part back, but this is much better than you waiting to send your part to us for a replacement, which many of our competitors make you do.  Ask our competition what happens if their parts fail - we encourage you to compare our warranty because we know it is the best in the industry!  We request that you understand your warranty before making a purchase.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.  

If you believe you have a defective or wrong part, please contact us via phone or email.  It is our policy to replace or repair defective or wrong parts.  Returning uninstalled wrong parts will be treated as a standard return and subject to a restocking fee. No exceptions.  Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If we paid to ship a part to you, and you return it to us, the amount we paid to ship that part will be deducted from the refund.  Standard returns can be processed within 30 days of purchase.  All returns of any kind, including warranty items MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.

Returning any installed parts will result in no refund.  No Exceptions.  We will arrange to get you a replacement part if the part fails after installation or, if by mistake the wrong part is sent.  Please contact us for further info on our warranties. 

* LIFETIME WARRANTY ADDITIONAL TERMS:  Some parts are sold with a lifetime warranty.  For the first year from date of purchase, lifetime warranties are administered the same as one year warranties outlined above.  After one year from date of purchase, lifetime warranties require the customer to pay for shipping in order to return and/or receive warranty items.  For the entire duration of the lifetime warranty, the warranty covers us sending a repaired or replacement part and getting the defective or damaged part back.  The lifetime warranty does not cover anything else.  Lifetime warranty is non-transferable.  Lifetime warranty is applicable to the part when installed correctly on a single vehicle, warranted part can not be removed and re-installed.  Ask our competition what happens if their parts fail - we encourage you to compare our warranty because we know it is the best in the industry!  We request that you understand your warranty before making a purchase.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
