Why is our warranty the Strongest in the industry? |

A. All of our parts come with a full warranty, ranging from 1-3
years. Our warranty is the strongest in the
business because we will pay to ship you a replacement
and pay for the return if there is a problem. We can
do this because we have been in business over 20 years and know
you won't have to use this warranty. |

Do not be fooled by gimmick warranties.
Many companies offer long warranties or other gimmicks, but the
warranties are weak. Ask if they will replace the part right away
(not make you send it back first) and pay for shipping both ways. They will not. Why? Because they couldn't afford it, too many problems. Don't
waste your money on cheap parts. |

Steering parts will typically fail in the first 30 days or not at
all. If you want a longer warranty, just ask, we offer 2 years
to lifetime extended warranties. They run $15-$85 Depending on
time and part. We do feel our standard warranty is
everything you need. We work hard to provide you with the best
value. |

C. Know who you are buying from.
We provide independent reviews.
Its the only way to be sure. You can't fake that. |

Ask who handles the warranty claim? We make, sell and warranty
the parts, so you can deal with the same person. Same
phone for all services. Many others don't warranty the
parts and will send you to a manufacture who won't help you.

Unfortunately there is no regulation on remaufacturing. You
can clean off a rack and call it remanufactured. It
unfortunate, but its the truth. They will offer you the
extended warranty but it is not cheaper if you have to replace it
three times to get one that works. |

Check the competition, they will not send you a replacement until you send theirs back and the car is down for a week. We think that reflects the poor quality of their parts. |

Warranty Claims
If you believe you have a defective or wrong part, please

subject 'Warranty Issue' so that we may get you out a replacement.
It is our policy to replace ALL defective or wrong parts.
Returning defective or wrong parts WILL BE treated as a standard
return and subject to a reboxing fee. No exceptions.
We
apologize for this policy but it helps ensure fast resolution
to warranty issues.
