A "core" is what the industry calls your old defective part. We want cores to rebuild, recycle and/or resell.

Many of our parts have refundable core deposits. This means you pay a temporary deposit at the time you buy a part. Then, we fully refund the deposit once you send us your old part.

Here’s how it works:

• You purchase the part you need to fix your vehicle.
• You pay a temporary refundable core deposit. Don’t worry, you’ll get this back!.
• You ship us your old part (the core).
• In most cases our parts come with a free return label. If your order did not come with a free label, we can provide you a return label for a fraction of the cost of most shipping services. Please contact us to purchase a label at a discounted rate.
• When we receive your old part (the core), we refund you the full amount.

How long do I have to send back my core?

-Cores must be returned within 90 days from purchase to ensure full credit.

Where do I return my core?

All cores should be shipped back to a returns processing facility at 1261 Aviation Blvd Suite 100 Hebron, KY 41048.

How long does it take for me to get my core deposit refunded?

Once your return is delivered back to our warehouse, it will take up to 8 business days for a refund to be completely processed.

The following cores are NOT good and will NOT receive credit

To receive a full refund, your old part must be assembled, complete, and not physically broken. We cannot issue credit for:

1. Wrong cores returned: You must return the correct core part that corresponds to the part purchased.
2. Aftermarket brands: We only accept original factory (OEM) cores.
3. Seized steering parts: If you are returning a steering pump, rack, or gearbox, the internal components must still be able to move or spin. Parts that are completely seized cannot be rebuilt.
