This is a Remanufactured Carsteering Power Steering Gear Box (Note: Remanufactured). SKU number 82-00305-r
This gearbox is an OEM Saginaw 68/86 casting, fully remanufactured in the USA. All our remanufactured steering gearboxes and racks receive a thorough cleaning and inspection, brand new bearings and seals, the port threads for the power steering lines are chased to ensure a reliable seal, and any potentially damaged gears are either re-machined or replaced. This gearbox will fit and perform exactly the same as OEM, including a steering ratio between 3 and 3-1/4 turns lock-to-lock.
