Complete tear down and inspection of every unit to our company’s high standards and our professional experts of 30+ years’ experience. We only rebuild steering gears that we are confident can be returned to OEM quality or better.

All parts are thoroughly cleaned inside a solvent and ceramic based machine. Small critical parts are hand washed using the proper safety cleaning equipment.

Damaged units (housing and or internal parts) are and will always be replaced with exact OEM original parts for the best performance and quality.

All O-rings, gaskets, and lip seals are replaced with the highest quality parts and updated to the latest design to give the best product reliability for the years to come.

Shafts and housings are resurfaced to precise specifications to ensure a long-lasting life and performance of all our units.

Hydraulics are tested for leaks and steering performance through our high-quality testing machines to ensure all critical components are at exact specifications and all units have the proper pressure flow to assure a one-time install.

Fits many Mack or Kenworth trucks from the 90s and 2000s orFreightliner trucks, Ford motorhomes and Chevy Kodiak & GMC TopKick from the 80s and 90s but the only way to 100% verify fitment would be to look up any OEM part numbers off your original gearbox.
