Internal shafts & gears are inspected, cleaned, and either machined or replaced as needed.  All our steering components are guaranteed to fit and function just like OEM, backed by an unbeatable three year, unlimited mileage warranty. Beware of suspiciously cheap sellers who just clean the item and ship it back out; don’t cut corners with your safety! This is only tested and verified to fit models that had manual steering from the factory; we cannot guarantee compatibility as a retrofit for models that originally had power steering.
